Things to look out for when buying a land plot

Choosing a land plot is a very important stage in the investment and construction process. As a rule, a land plot is selected at the time when the investor or developer have a precise conception of the functional purpose of the future project. However, things may be done in a reverse order, when a project is constructed at a given land plot in compliance with the functional purpose of the territory.

A correct choice of a land plot in accordance with defined purposes will not only provide for minimum expenditures for construction and as a result fast return on investment, payback of funds, but will also guarantee a successful implementation of the whole project.

So what are the things to look out for when choosing a land plot?
