Company Leroy Merlin requested that we perform a multivariate study of the land plot intended for erecting a hypermarket for construction materials. We have performed a thorough analysis which included the following: considering and making conclusion on the documents of title and ownership for the plot, taking into account legal aspects; analyzing town planning and environmental conditions for the construction of a hypermarket; obtaining Land register certificate, General layout plan, Boundary survey plan, Opinion of the Scientific research and design institute of Master plot plan of the city of Moscow and the Topographic plan issued by Mosgorgeotrest (archive materials).

We have calculated approximate hypermarket loads and gave an opinion on the possibility to connect the center to the main city utilities; Produced a plan of immediate actions to buy out the land plot; compiled a detailed scheme of work at the pre-project stage, at the design stage and at the stage of detailed design and construction; Made a preliminary project implementation schedule. Thus our Customer received extensive information on the land plot and a detailed plan of actions necessary to implement his investment project.
