Project management

Our company has the necessary experience to manage a wide range of construction investment projects. To do it we usually form a management team which is authorized to take decisions on a whole range of issues connected with routine project management.

All members of our engineering personnel have specialized higher education (a degree of construction engineer in the field of Industrial and Civil construction or Architect), many years of successful working experience and possess strong leadership qualities and outstanding communication skills. Each management team is independent and maintains everyday contact with the Customer. This is a necessary condition which guarantees that the investor’s requirements at each individual stage of the project will be satisfied.
