In Samara city our Client company «AUCHAN» has charged us technical support of project of construction of hypermarket «AUCHAN» a part MEGA-IKEA-SAMARA. The project was in a statement stage in State expertise and receptions of the permission to the basic period of construction.

On the given object IDENGINEERS executed the following scope of works:

1. The control over observance of the schedule of commissioning of hypermarket «AUCHAN».
2. Preparation of the list and the control of execution of actions for maintenance of performance of the schedule of commissioning of hypermarket «AUCHAN».
3. Registration in the course of construction and a complete set of package of the as-built documentation for the performed works.
4. Coordination of work of participants of the project.
5. The receipt control on object of the working documentation.
6. Quality control of installation and construction works, claims activities.
7. Participation in technical acceptance of the executed internal engineering systems.
8. Technical and organizational preparation of object putting into operation.
9. Representation of interests of the Customer at object commission.
10. Scheduling of works for one month forward.
11. Complete set of as-built documentation in the course of building on the executed kinds of works.
12. The approval of the design documentation of sections EОМ, ОV in supervising bodies.

Then on the given object company «AUCHAN» has charged to us to execute engineering supervision and coordination of work of participants of the project on installation of engineering systems and furnish of a premise by the area of 3 ’ 500 m2 — «GARDEN» («GARDEN»). Further, to execute acceptance of works on engineering systems of hypermarket and to complete as-built documentation necessary for maintenance of object putting into operation. All works on the given object were successfully executed.
