Our company participated in works on design and construction of trading complex consisting of 2 separately standing buildings in Tolyatti «Castorama and Media Markt». During works on object IDENGINEERS received building license, all technical conditions on connection to external engineering communications, Gosstroinadzor conclusion (IGASN) about conformity of the constructed object to requirements of technical regulations and the design documentation and, finally, the permission to input the completed object into operation have been received.

Putting before itself the purpose — the prompt putting into operation of material building market «Castorama» as a part of trading complex in Tolyatti, company IDENGINEERS provided technical support of the project with tracing of following questions:

1. The control of delivery on object of working documentation.
2. Quality control of building and installation works.
3. Signing of certificates of completion, including certificates for the covered-up works.
4. Technical acceptance of the executed internal engineering systems.
5. The control of conducting of book of works production.
6. Registration of the design documentation in works production.
7. Gathering in the course of construction of as-built documentation on the executed types of works.

On March, 15th 2009 there was technical opening of material building market. On April, 11th 2009 there was a grand opening of material building market «Castorama» and from the moment of opening it works full day.
