In work on object «Material building market in Voronezh» our company provided working out and approval of preliminary permissions, official registration of papers on the ground area, technical conditions receipt on joining to engineering networks, and their optimization.

We issue the Certificate of choice of the ground area, and also the permission of the Head of the city to hypermarket design and construction, organized public hearings on site use. Our employees conducted working out of Architectural planning assignment and also working out of regulation album. The object was very difficult. The sizes of the site and its relief demanded search of non-standard design decisions for hypermarket location and organization of enough places on parkings for maintenance of necessary stream of buyers. In April, 2008 under the decision of the Investor the object was suspended, because of problems of legal character.
