Our company represented itself as the antirecessionary managing director and provided technical support of construction of the project «Material building market ȞCastoramaȜ in Rostov-on-Don».

Company «IDENGINEERS» started to work over the project 25.06.2007 when the basic installation and construction works were executed, however:

• The stage ȜPȝ project has not been completed from all necessary sections, expertise under this project has not started.
• Accordingly the building license has not been received.
• As-built documentation on carried out installation and construction works was not conducted, or was conducted with serious deviations from SNiP and GOST requirements that was revealed during checks by construction supervision bodies.
• At the moment of the beginning of work on the project by company «IDENGINEERS», the critical situation described above on representation of construction supervision bodies was considered in arbitration court of Rostov-on-Don.

Thanks to efforts of our company by 19.12.2007 on object «Material building market ȞCastoramaȜ in Rostov-on-Don» the design documentation was completed and project expertise was passed, necessary approvals and building license were received, object inspection was executed, installation and construction works were executed and documented including strengthening of roof constructions, finishing works, internal engineering systems installation. As-built documentation was transferred in construction supervision bodies where the Permission to commissioning was received. 25.12.2007 hypermarket was opened for visitors.
