For this project the Customer instructed us to collect the original permits, licenses and approvals, perform coordination of design works, including development of several volumes at the «Draft» stage (Environmental protection, Construction management plan, Energy efficiency, Transportation, Civil defense and emergency engineering measures, etc.), monitoring and coordination of the construction process. The project is at the stage of active construction and is due to be completed in December 2007.
