Our company provided technical support of construction of Material building market «Leroy Merlin» in structure «MEGA-IKEA» in republic Adygea. We have incurred obligations on performance of functions of the consultant at carrying out installation and construction works and works on the equipment and furnishing for preparation for opening of the building of Trading centre. On a course of construction of the given material building market company IDENGINEERS carried out the following scope of works:

1. Agreement and license coordination.
2. Working drawings flow coordination.
3. Construction management:
   • Preparation and control of construction schedule.
   • Preparation and control of measures carrying out on execution of construction schedule.
   • Quality control of construction and installation works.
   • Supply chain control of main constructions and equipment.
   • As-built documents and drawings coordination.
   • Project participants coordination.
   • Action plan for one month forward.
   • Weekly meetings with all the project participants.
4. Commissioning of the project:
   • Engineering utilities commissioning by town agencies.
   • IGASN (State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate) folder compiling control.
   • Engineering systems commissioning and testing.
   • Put the object into operation with Trade complex MEGA-IKEA.
   • «Rospotrebnadzor» conclusion receipt, «Gosstroinadzor» conclusion receipt on executed works in material building market.
   • «Rostekhnadzor» permissions receipt on the admission in constant operation of electroinstallations and thermal installations.

Works are in full executed. Official opening of material building market took place on January, 27th, 2009.
