On this large investment project our Client, company «Auchan», has charged us gathering of preliminary permissions and performance of functions of the Managing Company, the Technical Customer and Engineering Supervision, and also working out of several volumes of a stage «Project» (environmental Protection, the Project of the organization of construction, Power Efficiency, Transport, Engineering-technical actions for a civil defence and protection against extreme situations, etc.).
On December, 19th, 2008 the first phase of construction of object was successfully placed in operation into structure of which entered: building of hypermarket «Auchan», all external engineering networks and constructions, parkings, passages and accomplishment.
At the present moment preparation for commissioning of the second turn of construction of Multipurpose Trading Complex – Material building market «Leroy Merlin» begins. On object finishing works, installation of engineering systems and technological equipment come to an end.
