For this unique project with a total area of 411 600 sq.m. our Customer, company «Auchan» instructed us to perform the functions of Technical Orderer and managing company. Our current scope of works includes the following tasks:

1. Selecting a pre-project layout option for the project (completed).
2. Coordinating the development of Town-planning feasibility evaluation of the project siting (under way)
3. Obtaining approval for the Town-planning feasibility evaluation
4. Issuing Certificate of allowed usage for the land plot.

The project is at the stage of design and approvals. It should be noted that our company is finding successful solutions towards reducing the costs of clearing the existing utility facilities and installations and replacing them with new ones.
