For this major investment project our Customer, company «Auchan» instructed us to collect original permits, licenses and approvals and perform the functions of Management Company, Technical Orderer and Technical Supervisor, including the development of several volumes at the «Draft» stage (Environmental protection, Construction management plan, Energy efficiency, Transportation, Civil defense and emergency engineering measures, etc.)
The project is at the stage of completing design works, the site is currently under preparation. Construction is planned to be finished in April 2008.
